Greetings to all fellow travelers down the road of life!
It was not that long ago that I viewed the impending years of my life as something of a burden, full of uncertainty and trepidation. Perhaps I would be fulfilled and excited, perhaps not. Perhaps I would find something I truly loved doing, perhaps I would be trapped in a menial activity day-in and day-out simply to make ends meet. I just didn't know.
If any of that sounds like you, I have two (hopefully) encouraging messages: 1. you're not alone - lots of people lead that life. There's nothing wrong with it. Truly there's not, and there are so many opportunities for fulfillment and gratification in even the dullest life, from the smile on your child's delighted face to the beauty of the leaves on your evening walk. There's plenty for all of us to love. But it doesn't have to be that way and, fortunately, 2. you can change it. Yes, you can lead a life of wonder, excitement, and ceaseless creativity! You can enjoy those happy little moments above AND also engineer your life so that everything that fills it is challenging, energizing and empowering! It all comes down your mindset, and consuming the proper information to nourish it. That's what we'll explore here: nourishing your mindset with the proper resources to keep you steering your life in the direction of your dreams, filling each moment with passion, and discovering what truly engages you in this life because, hey, it's truly way too short not to!
My life is so different from what it was even 5 years ago and not a day passes that doesn't find me grateful for that supreme gift. That doesn't mean life is easy; in many ways it is more challenging and spontaneous, but I've also discovered that I like it better that way and I draw more strength, courage and energy from solving those problems than from passively coasting through a less than distinctive existence. In exploring the resources posted here I hope you will realize why I now think that way, and also that it is possible for you, and every human being you encounter as well.
